Spring Dreams: Did You Hear the Call to Adventure?

With Spring Dreams Seasonal Reads program, Undawnted answered the call to action. 

From March 1st to May 31st, we began an adventure in our exclusive Legacy Universe. We read the adventures of Roben Hode, in Hode: The Legend Lives Again, a modern day Robin Hood. Next, we learned that you cannot cross the gods in The Story of Vigdis and Adalbrandir. Then, Fearless Files discovered other dimensions in The Reality Hackers. 

Undawnted's Creative Tribe honored the Hero's Journey. We became the characters. We were our own heroes. With both those themes in hand, we brought the stories to life! 

During it all, we delved deep into mystical magical, and mysterious poetry of Galactic Ride and Eclipse.

Our next seasonal reads will begin on June 1st. 

We cannot wait for our next adventure... can you?

The last interview with Undawnted's creative spark, DL Mullan, was such a success that we decided to an encore!

Adam Gaffen of The Cassidy Chronicles spent some time with our artist, novelist, and poet. The published article is: Adam Interviews...DL Mullan!

Ms. Mullan discusses her latest creative writes with Adam. From the scifi, fantasy consciousness novelette, The Reality Hackers to the scifi, paranormal horror story, Mangled, DL Mullan relays to readers how genres can be combined for maximum effectiveness. In addition, she speaks about her foray into competitive short story writing and how these external writing prompts have given rise to stories like The Jonah Collector. 

The takeaway from the interview is how DL Mullan views creative writing, digital art, poetry, and the imagination:

Mirror, Mirror Submission: The Reality Hackers for a Fairy Tale Short Story Competition Completed

How would you write your own fairy tale? 

That is what one anthology asked writers to write about and DL Mullan obliged. A 5000 word limit and an imaginative narrative to create. As of September 20th, the author of Undawnted submitted her version of a fairy tale called: The Reality Hackers. 

Mirror, Mirror on the wall who is the most cunning of them all? 

We won't know until acceptance/rejection letters go out in the November/December time frame. 

Hopefully, this time traveling, scifi, fantasy, romance will gain a place in this unique anthology. We will let you know.
