When the murders in Anthem City stump him, a gifted light worker named Danica Curwen offers to help solve the case. 

Kaelan and Danica are thrust into an ever-changing landscape of intrigue, personal challenges, and adventure as they pursue leads getting them closer and closer to the ravenous clutches of a stone cold killer. 

In the end, will the pair set aside their differences and grievances long enough to rid the world of an evil soul consumed by his quest to open a portal to hell?
