As a medical caregiver to a disabled relative for over a decade, she has a working knowledge of the medical, pharmaceutical, and nutritional sciences, which helped her navigate her own catastrophic disabling illness through allopathic, naturopathic, and homeopathic fields.
Since disabled, she keeps abreast of the non-politicized scientific data. She even reads articles about ancient DNA, archaeology, and human migration amongst others scientific topics, studies, and journals.
Ms. Mullan writes articles, essays, and research papers, using her experiences as a foundation. Her science, history, mythology, and paranormal research background is woven into her writings, as a fiction and nonfiction author.
Many of her creative endeavors are available in digital and print collections, from academia to commercial anthologies. She is also an award-winning poet and digital artist.
