Gaslighting and the Environmental Illness Patient Published

Today, Undawnted in conjunction with Sonoran Dawn Studios published our first book in the series: Environmental Illness

Our synopsis:
The first book in the series sheds light on the psychology of friends, family, and the medical community at large when it comes to treating the Environmental Illness patient.
Too often Environmental Illness patients are abandoned by the people that are supposed to care about them. Here is how and why situations like abandonment and name calling occur.
When you understand what is happening to you, then you are able to deal with the emotional and mental impacts with a more mature perspective.
How do you know if you have fallen victim to gaslighting?
The PDF's in this series will always be FREE because we know information needed by patients should be available to them without putting their safety or security at risk because of money issues.

Undawnted has a special page for our Environmental Illness Book Series, if you would like to see what other books are on the way.

If you like our booklets, please remember to Google+ and Facebook us as well as leave positive feedback.

Thank you!!!

Have a great and wonderful day!

Latin to Live By

I like learning things. Anything, really.

So I was looking up how to say something in Latin... here we go. I clicked on a link to MIT. There, I got to learn Latin phrases, some funny.

So let's read what we can use in public:

It's not the heat, it's the humidity.

Summer's Here

You wouldn't know it from the windy and rainy conditions that have made themselves known the last six months.

The sun is going to sleep and so is the Earth's hot temperatures with it. Will we see the hot, arid climate of the southwest return before the monsoon? I believe so. Maybe we will catch a hurricane or two from the Pacific Ocean just in time to see our monsoon season close early like in the past two cycles.

I rather have the temperate weather pattern. Not excessively hot, but not subfreezing either. I want to experience the Sonoran Desert the way it was meant to be lived: engaging.

So I may not live the dream of beaches and cool breezes, but the desert has a charm all its own. What a great way to write about where you live. How do you feel about your weather?

Have a great and wonderful day!

Memory Lane

I have been updating my credentials on Sonoran Dawn Studios.

The books, courses, lectures, and other learning mechanisms I employed over the years were a lot lengthier than I had given myself credit for.

In a word: wow!

I am glad I availed myself to not only study but to travel. I have been to numerous historical locations, locations in general, as well as touched history.

Different points of view is an important skill to have as a creator. I wish I could have done more before I became disabled but while I was healthy, at least I did not hide in my house. I lived. Moments of time, I experienced eras and cultures. I felt time.

So memory lane has really bolstered my passion for knowledge and experience. I hope that one day I can return to what I enjoyed: living out loud.

For now, I will live to express.

What have you done today to break out of your comfort zone?

Have a great and wonderful day!

Dreams as Inspiration

As a writer, when I have a strange dream, I like to mull it over for awhile to see what inspiration I can glean from it.

Have you ever been chased in your dreams? Have you walked through a park? Benn to a haunted house? Or, befriended a vampire, werewolf, or other supernatural creature?

Dreams are so fun to work with. They give us a window in which to peer into our subconscious hopes and fears. So dreams, even nightmares, have the ability to inspire us to create art, or write poetry.

I like to keep notebooks by my bed in order for me to take notes when needs be.

Has one of your dreams ever inspired you?

Have a great and wonderful day.
